Services
The Centre for Genome Biology (CGB) can provide services related to its expertises.
Services can be at different levels:
CGB can produce sequencing data starting from raw materials, DNA/RNA or already prepared libraries
using the PGM Ion Torrent sequencer. The Centre can also help to plan experiments and analyse data
coming from next generation sequencing data produced with PGM Ion Torrent sequencer or other platforms.
